Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. combine the crushed Cornflake crumbs and spices in a shallow wide pan and stir to combine. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip each piece of fish into the beaten eggs and then roll into the Cornflake crumb mixture to coat. Spray non-stick coating spray on a baking sheet or shallow cake pan. Place the fish on the baking sheet and bake 10-13 minutes until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. If you prefer, increase Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Salt Free seasoning from 1 tsp to 2 tsp to enhance the lemon pepper flavor.in the Cornflake crumb coating.
